Brownhills is tackling the credit crunch head on. If you buy and take delivery of a new or used motorhome before 31 August 2008, you’ll qualify for a cheque from Brownhills, payable to you, for £1000.
The cheque will be posted to you within seven days of collecting the motorhome.
Brownhills 7 days a week servicing offer
The Newark based head office of Brownhills Motorhomers, Europe’s largest motorhome group, is opening its service department 7 days a week, 12 hours a day, as part of the company’s ongoing charter of customer service improvements.
David Williams, Brownhills Aftercare Service Director, explained: ‘Listening to our customers and finding out exactly what they need is our top priority. Because some of our customers have been critical of our aftercare service we have begun taking important steps to improve it.
‘The seven day service is part of an ongoing strategy of improvements and we intend to pull out the stops to improve how we look after our customers.
‘Motorhomers are busy people and sometimes things can go wrong when you least expect which, more often than not, is at the weekends when you are out and about. The last thing you want is to have to abandon your trip and wait until Monday before being able to sort out the problem.’
Opening 7 days a week will enable Brownhills’ service department to increase its productivity, thus shortening lead times, which is all good news for its customers.
David concluded: ‘Offering sales and servicing 7 days a week is certainly raising the bar for other motorhome dealerships. But this is the thin end of the wedge for Brownhills; we will be looking at introducing further improvements over the coming months, not only in our aftercare service at Newark, but across the whole company. These are exciting times for us, so watch this space.’
